First thing is when you have someone does a house inspection of any type and they they're going to do the repair after if they find out something is wrong or something needs to be fixed, make sure to get a second opinion, especially if the repairs cost is high, just to make sure they're not getting over. I had inspection done by septic services company on a house I'm selling right now and they said the drain field all damaged and needs to be replace with $5,000 tag price on the job, we hire another company to do another inspection just to find out there's absolutely nothing wrong with the drain field. I will say get a second opinion on your house that needs some repairs especially major house repairs like you would have to get a second opinion if you need an open heart surgery! I hope no one needs a second opinion for either one of them.
